Terms and Conditions
Booking Confirmation - No agreement is formed between Woven and a customer until a booking has been accepted and processed, and a booking confirmation email has been sent by Woven to the customer.
Payment – Payment is to be made for services at the time of booking online. Acceptable payment methods are online payment with a credit card via the Woven website.
Refunds – Please note, we do not provide refunds for customer cancellation of a booking, but bookings can be rescheduled if contact is made with Woven, via this website or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org at least 24 hrs prior to the start of the booked session.
Rescheduling of the session is dependent on availability of a space in another session of the same course. If a course is cancelled by Woven, booking payments will be refunded to the customer.
Consent for Photographs
During workshops, exhibitions and events run by Woven Cowaramup, photos may be taken by committee members for use on our social media accounts and website. If you do not consent to your photo being used in our media please inform a committee member of facilitator during the event.
Cowaramup District Social Club Membership - When applying for a "Woven & CDSC" membership with Woven, you are consenting to our applying for an annual membership on your behalf from the Cowaramup District Social Club. As part of this application process, personal details required to complete a CDSC membership application will be passed to the Manager/CEO of the CDSC, and the standard club application processes of the club apply.
