Service Description

Cowaramup resident Jacquie Nichol is returning by popular demand to share her sourdough expertise with the Woven community. Come and join Jacquie as she teaches us the science behind sourdough, before demonstrating how to make your own loaf from feeding the mother to shaping and baking the dough. You will go home with a loaf to bake and a Mother culture to continue this new obsession! We will be hosting it in the Cowaramup Community Gardens, behind the Bullshed. BRING: * An apron * Rolling pin if you have one * Chopping board or rolling mat * Tea towel * Jar with a lid * Mixing bowl * Glad wrap
