Service Description
Lay down and experience an hour of total bliss as the cosmic celestial tones of the crystal bowls take you on a trance like journey into a deep meditative state. The sounds and vibrations activate your para-sympathetic nervous system (rest & digest) inducing a relaxed state of consciousness allowing your mind, body & Soul to heal on a deep cellular level. A great way to relieve stress, anxiety and chronic pain. Please BYO yoga mat/blanket/pillow. (eye masks provided & essential oils provided)
