Service Description

Distance: 5km (estimated, from Point A to Point B) Bring: Cash for food and drinks Duration: 3 hours depending on our pace, followed by dinner Local artist Anita Revel is leading a “Woven Walk” with a difference -- this walk is a town tour of Cowaramup, via drinking holes and street art, finishing at the Club for optional dinner. Starting at Peacetree Estate at 3pm, we will enjoy a mini-tasting and meet-the-maker -- get to know the people behind this local wine success story. Next stop: The Servo Taphouse -- meet the faces behind the story of this popular bar and music venue. Next stop via some obvious and not-so-obvious street art for photo opps and to hear some back stories of the works: West Winds Gin Distillery and Strange Brews (tasting fee is included in workshop fee) Next stop, via more murals, is the Cowaramup Club. And finally, we will double back to (almost) the start, to Tigermilk, where we will finish the walking tour of Cowaramup. Enjoy a cocktail / Peacetree wine / other bevvy, or stay on for dinner. Dinner is a "trust the chef" menu, and is $75. Bookings essential -- please let us know at the time of booking if you are staying on. This is a great opportunity to explore our little town at a deeper level, alongside your neighbours and other community members. —— “Woven Walks” is a regular offering by the volunteers of Woven, on the second Sunday of every month. We gather today in this special place to continue our learning journey together.  We acknowledge the Wadandi people as the traditional custodians of the land upon which we stand. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging and recognise their continuing spiritual connection to land, water and community.
