Suffering a little leakage? Farts slipping away with no control? Dry vaginas? Pain with sex? Your vagina falling out of itself? Constipation?!? You’re not along and these aren’t easy topics to chat about unless you’re in the presence with Issy Downie - The fempowering physio. Sit back, relax, have a vino or two and enjoy a night of womanhood and education and a little bit of art! Learn with Issy, a physiotherapist who has just completed her masters of continence and women’s health studies to answer all your questions from the waist down and hips up. A night to feel comfortable and free, so free that you will finish by drawing a portrait of your own powerful vulva with all your new anatomical knowledge. The evening includes complimentary wine and nibbles to delight.
