Service Description

Did you know there was more to skipping than just jumping over a rope? Beat boredom and burn calories as you learn some new skills. Nicky will be teaching us how to jump, skip and dance all whilst boosting our aerobic output to some awesome tunes. All equipment provided for the workshop, but skipping ropes will be available to purchase for $10 to take home.
